HammerPay was chosen as a strategic partner to deploy this major banking groups first Cross Border Remittance FINTECH platform under the brand name of UBA REMIT. The Private Label platform tailormade to serve the future aspirations of the UBA Group to emerge as the largest provider of International Remittance to the African continent was developed by HammerPay, a subsidiary of the Hammer Technology Holdings Group in the USA. The Cross Border business to the African continent is reported to be in the region of $58 Billion USD annually. The Teaming Agreement signed between the UBA banking group and HammerPay is set to launch in Liberia mid 2022, being its first deployment of the platform across the twenty African countries that the banking giant conducts its banking business in.
